I hope you’re doing well and enjoying the summer and the vacations!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The kids have been on vacations for over 3 weeks already… I might tell you that the days are intense and long, sometimes ??! At the same time, We’ve also welcomed a new member to our family: a little 2-month-old malamute\/husky female puppy??! It’s moving around the house ?.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I don’t know if it’s the same with you, but for our big Aspergirl ?, vacations are synonymous with boredom and, therefore, mini-crises at home: every vacation period, it’s the same! She’s fed up with school because of feeling tired, but when she spends a few vacation days at home, she gets bored, so she grumbles and seeks to create conflict ?. We know she works like that, but some days it’s harder to bear. Her therapist has given her activities to do, but sometimes she sits in her room going in circles between 2 YouTube videos ??.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We’ve planned a week-long art camp for her, so she’ll be calmer this week. But, not sure (because she will make lots of compensation during the day!) ?? …<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We’ll be going on vacation for a few days at the beginning of August, which will also be a bit stressful for her: the change of routine, she doesn’t like it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For our little atypical prince?, vacations are synonymous with farniente, chilling… He takes his time and does 1 or 2 weekly activities like \u201ccode ninjas\u201d but no camps (too long ???).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With 2 atypical and different children, vacations are intense as we have to adapt to each other’s needs… As well as managing the little long-haired tornado??.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But the pace of life is more relaxed, which feels good: no waking up too early, packing lunches, dropping them off to school…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m sending you all my support and courage for these 2 intense months! After that, it’ll be vacations for us ??.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I also wish you a wonderful summer, enjoying every little and great happiness moments with your children, your loved ones…????<\/p>\n\n\n\n
