Our therapist explained to us that as a gifted child with cognitive hyperactivity, it is very complicated to go to bed in 5 minutes because once the night arrives, without external stimuli, his imagination can let go ???! I ordered it and 2 days later it was in my son\u2019s bed, ready to help him to sleep ????????.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"200\" height=\"149\" src=\"https:\/\/astypiques.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/bouteille1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-424\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The first night was magical: so happy to have it, he went to bed early\u2026 but after the discovery, it had less effect on bedtime. On the other hand, it allows him to sleep very peaceful and it replaced his musical baby penguin! ??<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And her sister wanted one too but with no music so, I selected the one that just does star lights because she\u2019s a little scared of the night. It was the same for her: it helped her at first but after a while she got tired of it and in the end she would like the same one as her brother but with stars\u2026 I\u2019m still looking for it\u2026? but I found a little different one. If you have any suggestions, don\u2019t hesitate to share with me! ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"200\" height=\"149\" src=\"https:\/\/astypiques.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/bouteille2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-428\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;&nbsp;~the bottles \u00abreturn to calm\u00bb and sensory bottles: ~<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you know this principle?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These are bottles like the decorations of the 70\u2019s (disco style?) but that you make yourself with healthy products, creative\u2019s activities stuff chosen with children, dyes\u2026 You take glass or plastic jars of the size that you want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"151\" src=\"https:\/\/astypiques.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/bouteille3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-430\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>We made them with big glass and small plastic jars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is the recipe:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/masandpas.com\/beautiful-sensory-bottles\">https:\/\/masandpas.com\/beautiful-sensory-bottles<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s super easy to do, and then use your imagination, your desires. The children loved doing them because it was really the way they wanted it, they put what they wanted in it (colors, pompoms, jewelry\u2026). But it helps to refocusing or take a little break during an activity. Good support for people who have difficulty with the concentration.
